This is for everyone who wonders what on earth vegetarians/pescetarians eat. Below is a very real sampling of meals I make often (yes, I love Thai curry). These photos are a great representation of my food philosophy: eat real food, mostly vegetables, healthy fats, and everything in moderation. I don’t cook with a lot of processed food, and will make everything from scratch (even bread and pasta) if I have the time. I always buy the best ingredients I can afford. I see it as an investment in my health!
